Reservations can be made via e-mail or telephone. Be sure to read all information contained on this page before booking. Please include the date of arrival, and departure, the number of people and the desired accommodations - Stalla, Murettino or Cascatella - in the reservation request. Once you receive confirmation of the availability and payment instruction, you must pay 30% of the total rental fee as specified. You will receive a receipt confirming the payment. The balance is due at the beginning of the lease.

Please note bed linen and towels are not included and can be included in the rent at a price of € 10 for bed linen, towels and € 6 for. Consumption of electricity and gas are calculated by reading the meter and must be paid at the end of your stay (usually consumption do not exceed the 5 € per day).

The customer will be greeted by the owner that will hand over the keys of the house and will show him the house, the services and the areas reserved to him. Arrival is allowed from 16:00 or as agreed. The guests agree to occupy the accommodations respecting the rules of good neighborliness.
Guests must vacate the house by 11:00 am or as aggreed. The customer is ultimately responsible for any damage caused to the house and it's content.
Bagni San Filippo is located 2 km from Cassia SR2 (Km183). The nearest exit is Chiusi - Chianciano Terme (A1). Once arrived at the village, the entrance gate to the property is on the left.
